By using this site, you agree to our Terms, including our agreement to resolve disputes by binding arbitration and waiving the right to a jury trial or class action.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use this Site.
If you are purchasing a listing or service on behalf of a clinic, you represent that you have authority to bind that clinic to these Terms.
For Patients & General Visitors
The Site is provided for informational purposes only.We do not guarantee the availability, quality, or suitability of any clinic listed.
You are solely responsible for verifying a provider’s credentials and determining if their services are appropriate for you.
For Clinic Owners & Advertisers
Listings: You may claim or purchase a listing for your clinic, subject to our approval. We reserve the right to refuse or remove any listing at our discretion.
Upgraded Listings & Advertising: Paid placements, sponsored content, or premium features will be clearly identified. Payment terms are due at the time of purchase. Unless otherwise stated, fees are non-refundable.
Content Responsibility: You are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of any content, images, or claims you submit.
Prohibited Content: You may not post false, misleading, defamatory, or unlawful material.
Intellectual Property
All content on the Site (excluding clinic-provided materials) is owned by TrustedTRT.com and may not be copied, distributed, or reproduced without our permission.
Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for any damages, losses, or claims arising from:
- Your reliance on site content.
- The actions or omissions of any clinic listed.
- Errors, interruptions, or technical issues with the Site.

Payments & Refunds
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars.
Subscription services renew automatically unless canceled in writing at least 14 days before the renewal date.
No refunds will be issued unless explicitly stated at the time of purchase.
Modifications
We may update these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective when posted on the Site. Continued use of the Site after changes indicates acceptance.
Dispute Resolution & Arbitration
Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms, your use of the Site, or any products or services purchased from TrustedTRT.com shall be resolved exclusively through final and binding arbitration, rather than in court, except that you may assert claims in small claims court if your claims qualify.
The arbitration shall be conducted by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, and judgment on the award rendered by the arbitrator may be entered in any court having jurisdiction.
Class Action Waiver: You agree that you may bring claims against us only in your individual capacity, and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class or representative proceeding.
Governing Law: This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. The seat of arbitration shall be San Diego County, California.
Time Limitation: Any claim you may have arising out of or related to your use of the Site must be filed within one (1) year after the claim or cause of action arises, or it will be forever barred.
